Our Model – Grow the HUB from Within
There are a number of traditional marketing methods any company can embrace to promote their brand and generate new leads and sales opportunities. In part, these may include online marketing tactics such as your website, video production, Google ad word campaigns, content marketing strategies, social media platforms and good old advertising.
While we have and continue to assist our clients with these types of marketing initiatives, we also bring a very distinct and industry specific integrated marketing approach to our relationships. We call this model – Grow the HUB from Within. When dealing with each of our new and existing clients in Oilfield HUB, we discuss and deploy this integrated marketing model as part of their Preferred Vendor service package.
Our objective for each and every client is to get their company included on an Operator’s – Master Preferred Vendor List, and more importantly, they start to receive sourcing inquiries, bid requests and authorized orders through the HUB. How do we make this happen?
Prospect HUB
We start with our Prospect HUB lead generation initiative. The program incorporates the products and services profiled in your HUB Microsite to create unique Sample Orders which are used regularly in our interactive sales calls, product demonstrations and training initiatives with prospective and contracted exploration and production companies. It’s an impressive way to illustrate the power and value of Oilfield HUB to Operators and EPCs by promoting each of our clients, and their products and services through:
• Sample Orders containing your flagship product and/or service to be introduced and sold to an existing or prospective client.
• Sample Orders outlining a new product and/or service you want to actively promote and cross-sell to existing clients.
• Sample Orders containing a product and/or service you are interested in upselling more of, and more frequently, to an existing client.
We work with each of our clients to build these Sample Order templates along with appropriate responses positioned in the best light possible from a sales and marketing perspective. Energy services companies who are engaged with us in the Prospect HUB initiative are asked to respond to these incoming Sample Order templates on a timely basis as if they are live sourcing inquiries, bid requests or authorized orders during our interactive sales calling, product demonstrations and training sessions.
Grow the HUB from Within
Once we have stacked the deck in our client’s favour, we ask each of the clients in the Prospect HUB to make an introduction to, and arrange an initial meeting with one or more existing customers who are running an exploration and production, or an engineering, procurement and construction company doing business in the oil and gas industry. Leadstone actively calls on the identified companies to present and sell the Oilfield HUB Preferred Vendor Manager (PVM) and Supply Chain Manager (SCM) services to these Operators and EPCs, again using these pre-defined Sample Order templates in our interactive product demonstrations.

Our mission with each and every client is to help them grow their business and to:

• Build a Bigger Audience for their Company
We work continually with our customers who are engaged with us in the Prospect HUB to increase their exposure with existing and prospective clients until each of them are receiving orders through Oilfield HUB. We also help our clients to protect and defend existing relationships by using the HUB as the catalyst to show their customers how dealing with them via Oilfield HUB can also help them become more cost effective.
But our integrated marketing efforts don’t stop there. Each time a client makes an introduction and arranges a meeting with a new Operator or EPC for us through the Prospect HUB initiative, we reward them with a business card ad placement credit in our Oilfield PULSE magazine to further bolster their own marketing efforts. Regardless of the outcome of the meeting! And better yet, when we successfully close a new Operator or EPC under the Prospect HUB lead generation initiative, the referring customer becomes a Preferred Vendor for Life in Oilfield HUB. The annual fees for their Preferred Vendor service package will be free of charge as long as that particular Operator or EPC is doing business in the HUB.
