“I’m really big on analytics and tracking. [Oilfield HUB] had the ability to show cause and result,” explains Lornce Lisowski, Unified Valve’s Marketing Coordinator. As the initial reason for joining Oilfield HUB, Lisowski indicates that there are many other benefits the HUB is demonstrating. As a company dedicated to providing skilled repair and service with their line of valve products, Unified offers technical expertise and solid industry experience to their clients. As a preferred vendor in the HUB, Unified is able to begin conversations with other participating clients, sharing their expertise, and becoming a trusted supplier.
“We do the research for clients. While we may not sell products right away, we do provide advice, even if it’s steering clients in another direction that may not be [Unified],” explains Lisowski. This advisory aspect builds trust with their clients, and is beginning to show Oilfield HUB Operators and EPCs the value of Unified as a reliable partner.
Lisowski indicates that their client base is incredibly loyal because of this advisory role they play. It is this same service that Unified is looking to share within the Oilfield HUB online business community, and are already seeing some of the benefits, having connected with other HUB clients for conversations and, ultimately, quotes.
